Job summary

Ensono seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s global financial consolidation and reporting under US GAAP. You will lead the monthly close, coordinate with regional teams, and maintain strong financial controls in a global, matrixed organization.

The hybrid role requires weekly presence at the Downers Grove HQ, with opportunities to influence technical accounting initiatives and drive improvements across close, consolidation, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA are required.
• Public accounting experience is required.
• 7 years progressive accounting experience including managing people.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global financial reporting requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global monthly close and consolidation process.
• Improve close timeliness, accuracy, and predictability with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with global, regional, and revenue accounting teams.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated statements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and global policies.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and liaise with external auditors.
• Lead and develop the financial reporting team.
