Qualifications

• 4-8 years of accounting experience in public/private contexts.
• Proficient in US GAAP.
• Ability to identify improvement areas and build AI-driven solutions.
• Desire to drive operational efficiency to scale accounting.
• Structured, self-directed, detail-oriented process designer.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting close globally.
• Perform daily ad hoc accounting tasks (vendor bills, payroll, reconciliations).
• Prepare for audit readiness with external auditors.
• Drive finance transformation using AI and tooling at scale.
