Qualifications

• CPA or Chartered Accountant with public and corporate experience.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP requirements.
• Deep expertise in internal control design and SOX/COSO.
• Ability to lead through change in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing or technology companies.
• History of building, developing and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• Oversee consolidation and preparation of consolidated statements.
• Ensure integrity and transparency of recorded financial events.
• Maintain SOX compliance and interfaces with audits.
• Scale and standardize accounting processes globally.
