Qualifications

• 3-5 years of equivalent customer relationship management work experience required.
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Able to think critically and proactively solve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide communication between Sirva and the Client on relocation issues.
• Assist DGAM with upselling and project management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to educate on client policies.
