Join to apply for the Global Account Director role at SOCi, Inc.

SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is seeking an experienced Global Account Director to lead in the Financial Services vertical. This role involves driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives within the financial sector, utilizing value-based selling methodologies, and engaging with key stakeholders to position our martech solutions as transformative assets that deliver tangible business outcomes. The position primarily involves selling to global brand enterprise accounts, typically over $1M in ARR.

SOCi offers a base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 USD, plus bonuses/commissions, with individual pay determined by skills, experience, and education.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies targeting financial institutions.
  2. Relationship Building: Build trust-based relationships with C-level executives and marketing leaders.
  3. Value Proposition Development: Customize solutions emphasizing ROI and business impact.
  4. Consultative Selling: Identify pain points and demonstrate platform benefits.
  5. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams.
  7. Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of SaaS and Enterprise selling experience, with at least 7 years in Financial Services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and ability to articulate business benefits.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with analytical skills and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related; MBA preferred.
