As a Global Account Director (GAD),you will be assigned to two or more Global Key Accountsand accountable for their global revenuegrowth, end-to-end satisfaction, and reference ability of the customers throughout the customer lifecycle. You will lead and coordinate Pricefx’s efforts across functions and partner network (Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Customer Support, Development, and PartnerManagement), orchestrating around a single, clearly articulated 2-5 year account strategy and execute against three critical elements: 1) a customer-validated multi-year roadmap, 2) an associated account strategy with current annual plan, 3) as well as effectively supporting scope and value delivery including management of steering committees, strategic business reviews, and collaboration with Pricefx executive sponsor.
