Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in physical security access control.
• Deep knowledge of card formats, facility codes and credential encoding.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise access control platforms.
• Experience integrating badge data with landlord or base-building systems.
• Working knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrations between our access control platform and third-party systems.
• Assess each site’s building system, document the result and choose integration paths.
• Consult with property management teams on badge data formats and testing steps.
• Run acceptance testing before office openings and verify travel paths.
• Train and mentor Access Management team members and maintain runbooks.
• Track integration health with metrics and improve processes.
