Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an Advisor, Facility and Security Technology to protect assets globally, support the Global Security and Corporate Real Estate teams, and drive risk mitigation while ensuring professional responses.

The role focuses on system programming, enterprise service, and rollout design with up to 10% travel, requiring a strong IT background and experience with Lenel OnGuard and Milestone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong IT background with servers, databases, networking related to security tech.
• Experience with Lenel OnGuard and Milestone preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as in-house facility and security systems programming expert.
• Main point of contact for new system programming and provide master level knowledge.
• Program access control, video surveillance, smart building and visitor management systems.
• Provide programming support for AI related projects.
• Collaborate with other departments and review proposals with the Security Technology Manager.
• Maintain system licenses, passwords, and SSL certificates.
• Act as in-house service technical expert for enterprise-wide issues.
• Handle service calls globally and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor service calls and update field locations.
• Review invoices for MS pricing compliance and maintain service logs in ServiceNow.
• Provide weekly service audit reports to regional managers.
• Guide rollout of software and coordinate with IT for infrastructure designs.
• Ensure compliance with IT networks, cyber security, and regulatory standards.
• Provide field training support as needed.
