Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp) to join our finance team in the United States. You will ensure timely payments, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with vendors worldwide.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Finance, 3–5 years AP experience, 1–3 years SAP, and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Bilingual is a plus.

This temporary role offers exposure to global operations and competitive compensation ranging from $19 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounts payable experience.
• 1–3 years of SAP experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Oversee details of assigned vendor accounts.
• Reconcile statements using Excel skills.
• Understand requirements for international shipments and business practices.
• Clarify questionable invoice items, prices, or receiving signatures; obtain necessary information.
• Validate vendor details and country/FED ID numbers.
• Code invoices to general ledger; manage month-end closing and payments.
• Post business transactions and maintain accounts payable records.
