Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end architectures across RAN, transport, and core environments.
• Ability to design secure telecom architectures using encryption, segmentation, IDS/firewalls, and policy controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical deployment initiatives from architecture through execution.
• Prior experience working within a telecom vendor or similar telecommunications environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale network initiatives such as 5G SA or next-generation IP network deployments.
• Collaborative working style within cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with AI for engineering workflows and idea validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical support activities for 5G SA deployments across global markets.
• Drive architecture ownership and technical decision-making for strategic 5G SA initiatives.
• Support successful deployment execution and long-term operational alignment.
• Guide Aeris network evolution strategies in support of global IoT device expansion.
• Design secure telecom architectures including encryption, segmentation, IDS/firewall integration, and policy controls.
• Create technical alignment across networking, product management, sales, marketing, and operations organizations.
• Collaborate closely with global engineering teams, including the networking team in Romania.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Serve as the technical representative for the Networking organization internally and externally.
