Job summary

Aeris Communications Inc. is seeking a Network Architect to lead the evolution of 5G SA network architecture strategy and deployment across global markets.

You will serve as the technical face of network engineering, partnering with product management, sales, marketing, and operations teams while communicating with engineers and CTO-level customer leaders. This highly technical role requires deep understanding of RAN, transport, and core, plus designing secure telecom architectures with

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end architectures across RAN, transport, and core environments.
• Ability to design secure telecom architectures using encryption, segmentation, IDS/firewalls, and policy controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical deployment initiatives from architecture through execution.
• Prior experience working within a telecom vendor or similar telecommunications environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale network initiatives such as 5G SA or next-generation IP network deployments.

Responsibilities

• 5G SA Deployment Leadership: Lead end-to-end technical support activities for 5G SA deployments across global markets.
• Architecture & Technical Strategy: Guide network evolution strategies and design secure architectures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align networking, product, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Technical Leadership: Represent Networking internally and externally; lead complex programs.
