Job summary

Ericsson Canada Inc. is seeking a senior Solution Architect to design and lead 4G/5G Core and cloud-native transformations. You will own the architecture from concept to launch, ensuring secure, resilient networks that serve millions of users.

This is a customer-facing leadership role with deep technical expertise. You will guide architecture across CNFs and cloud platforms, run design boards, and mentor a team of Architects across product areas.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Core/Cloud architectures.
• 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Strong ability to present to customer CTOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture across 4G EPC, 5G SA Core, subscriber data management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Direct cross-functional Architecture teams and foster collaboration to maximize productivity.
• Create high-level and low-level designs, migration and rollback plans, and operational models.
• Define Kubernetes and cloud platform standards for resiliency, security, networking, storage, and observability.
• Partner with Ericsson business, solution, and delivery teams on solution scoping, SoWs, and customer proposals.
