BridgeNet Solutions, part of the PSA Group, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage multi-modal global logistics for a Fortune 500 client portfolio. You will plan transportation, monitor exceptions, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-efficient execution.

This role emphasizes precise exception handling, proactive problem solving, and strong collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supply chain/logistics experience.
• Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Operate and leverage BridgeNet's Xonar TMS and visibility platforms daily.
• Own multi-modal transport planning and carrier selection.
• Analyze routing guides and manage carrier selection for cost and service.
• Manage the spot quote process end-to-end to protect client cost targets.
• Identify and resolve shipment exceptions and drive timely resolution.
• Lead client-facing and carrier-facing communications for transport.
• Monitor compliance and follow up on gaps with urgency.
• Lead cargo claims process and coordinate with carriers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the Control Tower.
