Job summary

Alliance Exterior Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Glazing Project Manager in the Baltimore area. You will oversee all phases from award to closeout, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time, safe, cost-effective project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial glazing, strong drawing interpretation, and proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial glazing or a similar construction PM role.
• Ability to read architectural, structural and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with glazing materials, installation methods, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee glazing projects from award to closeout.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and docs.
• Review drawings and shop drawings for compliance.
• Manage procurement and field installations.
• Monitor costs, issue changes, and billings.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and progress.
• Lead internal project meetings and hand-offs.
• Resolve issues professionally and safely.
