Job summary

CSG Talent seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee architectural glass and glazing projects from contract award through completion. Candidate will manage commercial glazing, curtain wall, storefront, and façade systems, coordinating with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in architectural glass/glazing or façade construction.
• Strong understanding of glazing systems and construction processes.
• Experience managing large budgets with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Review contracts, plans, specs, shop drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering, drafting, fabrication, and field teams.
• Manage budgets, costs, change orders, billing, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones.
• Work with general contractors, architects, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and resolve issues, delays, and conflicts proactively.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and docs.
• Coordinate material procurement and fabrication to stay on schedule.
• Conduct project meetings and provide updates.
• Monitor field progress and coordinate installation.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to quality standards.
• Manage closeout, punch lists, warranties, and final docs.
