We are proud of our reputation for precision, collaboration and high customer satisfaction. If you're looking to grow your career with a group that values people inside and outside the company, clear communication, safety, and hands‑on project leadership, this role might be the perfect fit.

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll work closely alongside our Senior Project Manager to steer glazing projects from planning stages through to successful completion. Your focus will be on making sure projects stay on track‑financially, on schedule, and within safety and quality standards. This role offers a chance to balance detailed project management with active, on‑site involvement, ensuring every element meets or exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Following and promoting safe work practices across all projects, conducting regular job‑site safety inspections.
  • Expected to wear both protective and safety gear to prevent injuries and minimize exposure.
  • Manage project schedules and maintain the Team Up Calendar to track fabrication and field installation timelines.
  • Utilize Glazier Studio and Partner Pak software to assist in developing, checking and updating fabrication documentation.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, fabrication instructions, and installation documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate materials delivery and confirm all permits and licenses are in place and current.
  • Monitor financial health of projects, including weekly cost tracking, monthly billing, and change order requests.
  • Request change orders to General Contractors and/or Architects as required.
  • Conduct first unit quality checks with General Contractor representatives and perform ongoing quality assurance visits.
  • Submit all Safety Inspections, First Unit Quality Check, and Quality Assurance Checks to Lean Leadership Team for review.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with General Contractor project managers and internal teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, promptly addressing any corrective actions identified in the field.
  • Attend project meetings as required by General Contractors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years' experience managing glazing projects or 4+ years as a Lead Glazier or Glazing Superintendent.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of commercial glass and glazing systems, installation processes, and industry standards.
  • OSHA certification and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Comfortability working both in the field and the office, adaptable to varied weather and noise conditions.
  • Ability to work a 45‑50 hour week and travel as project needs require.
  • Strong organizational skills with a natural attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks and work at varied heights.
What We Offer

We believe that great projects are built by great teams. You'll work alongside supportive and experienced professionals in a positive culture where teamwork, meaningful work, and shared success are valued every day. Our culture prizes transparency, safety, and continuous learning – because when you succeed, we all succeed. Additionally, you'll gain exposure to a variety of challenging projects, allowing you to deepen your expertise in commercial glazing management.
