Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Commercial Glazing Project Manager to lead high-profile glazing and architectural aluminum projects in Colorado. You will manage contracts, drawings, specs, and scopes while ensuring financial performance and scheduled delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in glazing/building-envelope PM roles, strong communication, and proficient use of MS Office and PM software to coordinate with contractors and vendors. Colorado-based role with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial glazing or building-envelope projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specs, and shop drawings.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change-order management.

Responsibilities

• Manage glazing projects from award through completion.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, owners, suppliers and field teams.
• Oversee budgets, schedules and overall financial performance of projects.
• Coordinate fabrication, material deliveries, site logistics and installation schedules.
• Maintain clear communications with customers and stakeholders; attend project meetings.
