Job summary

Binswanger Glass is seeking a Glazier Foreman to oversee glazing projects on site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution. You will lead the glazing team, coordinate with PMs, and maintain equipment and materials to meet budgets and deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to mentor others while delivering top-quality glass installations for residential and commercial properties."

Qualifications

• Experience leading glazing teams on commercial or residential projects.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage materials, tools, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all glazing activities on the job site.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and team members for efficient execution.
• Submit detailed daily reports to the Project Manager.
• Lead and mentor glazing crew.
