Job Overview

As a Glazier, you will measure, prepare, install, repair, and replace glass, frames, hardware, and related components for residential and/or commercial projects. Your skill, attention to detail, and commitment to safe, quality work directly support our customers and our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install glass for windows, doors, storefronts, and other residential and/or commercial projects.
• Install frames, hardware, and related components with precision and care.
• Inspect existing glass installations and recommend repair or replacement options.
• Use specialized tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and sanders to cut and prepare materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized after each installation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding project needs and concerns.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of residential and/or commercial glazing experience.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds independently and repeatedly.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to provide basic personal hand tools required for the position.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must pass a background check.
