Kovach is seeking a Field Installer to ensure precise glass installations in line with Kovach’s standards. You will bring punctuality, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tool usage, while increasing expertise within Kovach’s scope of work.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in reading tape measures and using hand/tools to install glass-related components.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Effective communication and teamwork with field crews and supervisors.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Be on-site reliably and start at the scheduled time per Supervisor.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure Kovach standards are met on Glass installations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, report injuries, and communicate safety concerns promptly.
  • Follow directions, stay productive, and contribute to a team-first environment.
  • Identify and report potential problems to the Supervisor and assist in issue resolution.
  • Continuously learn Kovach’s scope of work and improve expertise.

The Field Installer plays a critical role in ensuring the precise execution of Glass installations as per Kovach's standards. This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the proactive use of the required tools. The Field Installer will consistently work to enhance their expertise within Kovach’s scope of work.

  • On-site Presence and Reliability: Arrive at the job site promptly at the required start time as indicated by the Supervisor.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly review the work completed to ensure it meets Kovach’s high-quality standards.
  • Safety and Communication: Strictly adhere to Kovach’s safety protocols, job site-specific requirements, and reporting injuries. Immediately communicate any safety concerns to the Supervisor.
