Summary

This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the proactive use of the required tools. The Laborer and Carpenter will consistently work to enhance their expertise within the Kovach scope of work.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • On-site Presence: Arrive at the job site promptly at the required start time as indicated by the Supervisor.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly review the work completed to ensure it meets Kovach's high-quality standards.
  • Safety and Communication: Strictly adhere to Kovach's safety protocols and job site-specific requirements. Immediately communicate any safety concerns or limitations to the Supervisor.
  • Injury Reporting: In the event of an injury on-site, report it without delay to the Supervisor.
  • Problem Identification: Proactively identify and report potential problems or challenges to the Supervisor.
  • Team Collaboration: Ensure the well-being of fellow employees on-site, promoting a team-centric environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate initiative in the tasks performed and continually seek to grow in knowledge and understanding of the Kovach scope of work.
