A&A Glass Co. seeks hardworking Residential and Commercial Lead Glaziers to join our team. We are a small but growing glass company hiring lead installers for commercial and residential projects. Commercial Installer must have 5 yrs.

minimum experience with storefront, doors, closers, fabrication, installation, and understand blueprints. Residential Installer must have 5 yrs. minimum experience with repair and installation of new vinyl windows, doors, screens, showers, and mirrors.

Qualifications

• Lead glazier with storefront/doors experience.
• Residential or commercial glazing leads with 5+ years experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Reliable transportation and good MVR.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage your truck, tools, materials and parts in an efficient and organized manner
• Comply with building and safety regulations
• Provide the highest levels of customer service
• Minimize costs and keep the project within budget
• Properly fill out required paperwork
• Report on progress
• Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise

A&A Glass Co. is a small but growing glass company looking to hire lead installers for commercial and residential projects. Commercial Installer must have 5 yrs. minimum experience with storefront, doors, closers, fabrication, installation, and understand blueprints. We are looking for both Residential Leads as well as Commercial Leads.
