Eye To Eye Careers in New Jersey seeks a Glaucoma Ophthalmologist for private practice with two hospitals and three surgery centers. The role is full- or part-time, busy from day one, with a base salary of $325k+ and a bonus structure with no cap.

Offices are modern with state-of-the-art equipment and strong support, including 2 techs per doctor, a call center, and a surgery center coordinator. Benefits include relocation, three weeks of vacation, CME, 401k with 3% match after year 1,

Job Description:

We are in need of a Full-time/Part-time Glaucoma Specialist Ophthalmologist to work in New Jersey. Be busy from day 1! This practice is busy both medically and surgically. MDs see 40-50 patients a day and the practice is associated with 2 hospitals and 3 surgery centers. Volumes for cataracts and glaucoma range from 400-600 patients a year.
