Eye To Eye Careers in New Jersey seeks a Glaucoma Ophthalmologist for private practice with two hospitals and three surgery centers. The role is full- or part-time, busy from day one, with a base salary of $325k+ and a bonus structure with no cap.

Offices are modern with state-of-the-art equipment and strong support, including 2 techs per doctor, a call center, and a surgery center coordinator. Benefits include relocation, three weeks of vacation, CME, 401k with 3% match after year 1,

Responsibilities

• Be busy from day 1 in a private practice with two hospitals and three surgery centers.
• MDs see 40-50 patients a day and manage cataracts and glaucoma volumes.
• Work in a busy, medically and surgically active setting with strong team support.
