Job summary

Matossian Eye Associates seeks a glaucoma/cataract surgeon to join a renowned team of ophthalmologists across three state-of-the-art offices in the mid-Atlantic region.

The successful candidate will provide advanced surgical care, collaborate with a skilled staff, and contribute to a patient-centered practice that values mentorship, innovation, and growth. Board-certified/eligible ophthalmologist with glaucoma fellowship preferred; visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• ABO certification or eligibility/ongoing certification.
• Completion of Glaucoma Fellowship preferred.
• ACGME ophthalmology residency completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide glaucoma and cataract surgical care as part of a patient-centered ophthalmology team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality eye care.
• Support practice growth and mentorship within a physician-led administrative structure.
