Glaucoma Surgeon - West Texas

Established and rapidly growing multi-state ophthalmology platform seeking a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Surgeon to join a busy, medically focused practice in Lubbock, Texas.

This physician-led organization currently supports:

• 10 ophthalmology practices
• 25 ambulatory surgery centers
• 200+ MDs and ODs
• Multiple ophthalmic subspecialties across TX, AZ, NV, CA, and NM

The group emphasizes collaborative MD/OD co-management, allowing physicians to work at the top of their license while maintaining strong surgical volume and clinical autonomy.
