A well-established, multispecialty ophthalmology practice in Houston is seeking a Glaucoma surgeon to join its growing team. This is a true growth position with immediate clinical demand and long-term stability.

The position offers a balanced mix of glaucoma procedures and cataract surgery, supported by a strong referral base from comprehensive and subspecialty colleagues. The practice features a state-of-the‑at clinic environment and on‑site ASC access, allowing for efficient, high-quality patient care and surgical autonomy.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary of $300,000–$350,000 (DOE), plus productivity bonus
