Job summary

Tucson Eye Care in Tucson, AZ seeks a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join a 4-ophthalmologist and 2-optometrist team. You’ll build a busy surgical practice with an established glaucoma/cataract patient base and a strong referral network.

Qualify for partnership after 3 years along with CME allowances, relocation stipend, and support for professional expenses. You’ll benefit from autonomy and a patient-first culture in a thriving, physician-owned practice.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Glaucoma.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Ophthalmology and intent to pursue board certification.
• Arizona medical licensure eligibility to practice in the state.
• Three professional references required.
• Surgical videos are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-volume glaucoma practice quickly within an established referral network.
• Collaborate with two glaucoma specialists and one cornea specialist to deliver patient-centered care.

Tucson Eye Care is seeking a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join our team of 4 ophthalmologists and 2 medical optometrists. Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:

• 360,000 base salary
• Productivity bonus structure. 30% of collection over 2.5 salary: transition to 33% of collection after 18 months
• Partnership track (3 years) with real estate investment opportunity
• CME allowance and paid professional expenses
• Relocation stipend

Most importantly, our physicians remain independent. We have no plans to sell to private o equity, allowing our doctors to continue practicing medicine with autonomy and a patient-first philosophy.
