Job summary

Auto Glass Now is seeking a Shop Manager in Massachusetts to lead a team of glass technicians and customer service reps. Paid training is provided; strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset are essential. This role involves scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and driving shop profitability.

The position offers growth opportunities with bonuses and a path to higher earnings, as training progresses. A valid driver’s license and ability to work early hours are required.

Qualifications

• No prior management experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to recruit, interview, onboard and train staff.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work early hours up to 55 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps
• Creating employee schedules & submitting payroll
• Controlling inventory: End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) balance registers, close out invoices, and make bank deposits
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and utilize budget wisely
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Supporting other team members with duties such as responding to customers' questions and repairing glass
• Providing excellent customer service
