Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new glass techs and CS reps.
• Create employee schedules and submit payroll.
• Control inventory with End of Period checks.
• Balance registers, close invoices, and make deposits.
• Place product orders and restock inventory as needed.
• Understand shop finances to drive results and budget wisely.
• Perform quarterly employee evaluations and feedback.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the team.
