Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a growing team of Auto Glass Technicians and Customer Service Reps across airports, retail locations, or mobile units. Paid training of $25/hr is provided with strong leadership opportunities and performance bonuses.

In Illinois, the role offers a clear path to promotion with potential earnings of $65,000+ annually. Training is completed in less than 60 days, after which you’ll manage shop operations and drive results.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a drug test for safety.
• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week as needed.
• No prior experience is required to join as Shop Manager.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps.
• Creating employee schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year processes.
• Balancing registers, closing invoices, and making deposits.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage the budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting team members with customer questions and repair tasks.
• Providing excellent customer service.
