Qualifications

• Experience in construction or home improvement sales.
• Strong network with builders or contractors.
• Proven track record in closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and builders to measure and quote custom glass projects.
• Generate and follow up on new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with builders, remodelers, and designers.
• Prepare quotes and proposals using company systems.
• Track leads and follow‑up through CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial meeting through project completion.
• Actively pursue new business through calls, networking, and referrals.
