• Provide feedback to Plant Manager and other areas regarding potential product and /or process improvements.
• Establish, implement, and ensure compliance to SOPs to guarantee that all products meet established quality criteria.
• Ensures employees receive appropriate training necessary to meet and exceed job expectations.
• Maintains ISO 9001 procedures and work instructions.
• Follows appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs) as guideline for operating and maintaining equipment.
• Attend and participate in meetings with other departments to ensure optimum communication.
• Visual inspections of machines for safe operations
• Record material consummation and waste.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Determines daily work priorities and adjusts work to achieve daily targets
• Communicate schedule and productivity goals to team directly or through subordinate leaders.
