• Stage and feed raw materials to keep the line supplied.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and confidently.
• Execute periodic quality checks per established procedures.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen events to improve flow, quality, and uptime.
• Maintain a 5S work area that is clean, organized and visually controlled.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
• Support job changes (changeovers) to meet production needs.
