Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Process Technician to support glass production lines, equipment setups, and process controls. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, hands-on experience with automation equipment and HMI systems, and strong documentation and communication skills. On-site, day shifts with occasional OT may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year technical degree or certifications in industrial fields.
• 5+ years of production/manufacturing experience; 2+ years operating complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Prepare lines and equipment for daily operations.
• Monitor processes and adjust for quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production and automation equipment to minimize downtime.
• Document procedures and changes for traceability.
• Train and mentor team members.
