Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a Production Associate for the 1st shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm) with overtime as needed. The role involves moving glass, inspecting quality, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace to support timely production.

You will use a tape measure for precise measurements and rotate through production areas while adhering to safety policies. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of warehouse/manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Able to read and understand paperwork and labels.
• Able to read basic measurements and use a tape measure.
• Available to work in all areas of production; Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, racks, and trucks for 8+ hours daily.
• Transport materials between locations to speed production.
• Read and attach labels/tags to products.
• Inspect products and operate or maneuver equipment safely.
• Understand facility layout for proper product flow.
• Rotate through different job functions as needed.
• Inspect for abnormalities and report issues to supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area; follow safety policies.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
