Job summary

Guardian Glass in Corsicana, TX is seeking Manufacturing Operators to operate, monitor, and optimize automated float glass production equipment to meet targets, ensure quality, and maintain safety. You will work with maintenance, process engineering, and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electrical controls and equipment.
• 2+ years in industrial maintenance environment required.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and instrumentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated float glass lines and processes.
• Start up/shut down equipment and perform line changeovers.
• Monitor process parameters and adjust controls to meet specs.
• Inspect glass for defects and take corrective action.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
• Maintain production and quality records; participate in handovers.
• Follow safety policies, use PPE, and support continuous improvement.
