OBE is seeking a Material Handler 1 - Glass for the Battle Ground, WA facility. This full-time role handles materials with vacuum lift assist, moves carts, and supports production under supervision. The position offers a 2nd shift with a $2.00 night differential.

Ideal candidates are committed, detail-oriented, and team players who can work across plant functions and adhere to safety policies while helping meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Basic computer input and interface skills required.
• Stable work history in manufacturing preferred.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Must be flexible to work in different functions throughout the plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate and move materials using vacuum lift assist equipment.
• Inspect and accept or reject materials and products per procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow written policies and verbal directions; maintain safety.
• Collaborate respectfully with coworkers to maintain a safe environment.
