Job summary

Ultipro in Texas is seeking a reliable team member for a manufacturing plant role focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. You will operate and assist in machining/processing tasks, ensure equipment is maintained, and work with plant managers and teams to meet daily targets.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to read instructions and tape measurements. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to operate motorized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and Rico in a safe and effective manner.
• Will conduct himself/herself in a manner consistent with supporting and promoting the Values of our team.

• Maintain professional appearance and conduct, exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Job includes some overtime, evening, and weekend hours.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs or more.
