Job summary

Cardinal FG in Portage, WI is hiring Warehouse Technicians to safely manage inventory, pick and ship glass, and load trucks. Positions run Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm with competitive base wages and opportunities for raises every 6 months.

New hire bonuses and monthly profit-sharing supplement the base pay, with comprehensive health and wellness benefits and on-site amenities. Training provided for equipment like forklifts and cranes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Pass a pre-employment physical ability test and drug screen.
• Experience with loading trucks is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Desire to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy while picking and shipping glass.
• Stage and load glass on trucks for shipment.

Cardinal FG, a float glass manufacturer for residential windows in Portage, is looking for Warehouse Technicians who work safely, have astrong work ethic, are dependable, have a positive attitude, and work effectively in a team environment.

A warehouse technician will maintain inventory accuracy while picking and shipping glass as customers release it. These technicians will stage and load glass on trucks for shipment and operate all powered industrial vehicles once trained including overhead crane.Experience in loading trucks is a plus.

Current Shift Available:

• Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm
• Competitive Starting Base Wagewith increases at 6-month intervals
  • Day Shift Base Wage - $21.75/hour
  • Evening Shift Base Wage - $22.75/hour
• Monthly Profit-Sharing plan - earn up to $1,890/month through 401(k) savings and/or check.
