The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in glass construction, strong reading of drawings and schedules, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Glass Construction.
• Ability to read and interpret project estimates, bid documents, specifications, manuals, and drawings.
• Experience managing shop drawings, submittals, and coordination across multiple trades.
• Strong organizational, financial forecasting, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the preconstruction team to ensure accurate contract execution.
• Maintain project schedules, cost projections, and Change Order Quote (COQ) logs through weekly planning and review.
• Review shop drawings to ensure compliance with estimates, specs, and trades.
• Coordinate project needs across shop, field, purchasing, drafting, and takeoff.
• Submit the weekly information approval log to customers every Friday.
• Lead and monitor to-go lists to ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
