Job summary

Under Canvas is seeking a Camp Facilities Manager to lead on-site maintenance operations at the Groveland/Yosemite location. You will supervise a facilities team, manage safety and uptime, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to support guest experience.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, budget awareness, and strong leadership to ensure infrastructure, tents, and services run smoothly in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience as maintenance technician minimum of 2 years with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in infrastructure systems including plumbing, septic, gas, electrical, generators, landscaping, road maintenance, and water/well maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Think critically to respond and react quickly to changing situations on property.
• Provide clear expectations to the team in all operational areas.
• Oversee and perform routine and preventative maintenance for all property aspects.
• Maintain the departmental budget by managing facilities purchases and expenses.
