Job summary

Under Canvas is seeking a Camp Facilities Manager in Groveland, CA to oversee on-site maintenance, safety, and operations for our glamping locations. You will lead the Facilities Team, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and ensure facilities standards and guest experience are met.

The role requires supervisory maintenance experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of experience.
• Maintenance technician experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in infrastructure systems including plumbing, septic, gas, electrical, generators, landscaping, road maintenance, water/well maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to changing situations on property and communicate clearly.
• Oversee and perform maintenance tasks with Facilities Team.
• Lead facilities staff and participate in performance reviews and hiring with OM.
• Maintain relationships with local businesses and communities and manage budget updates.
