Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a GL3 Mondini (Grinds) Operator for the 1st shift in Mason, OH, starting at $20 per hour. The associate must adjust precisely, troubleshoot basics, and modify or create programs based on equipment and product needs.

You will be the last quality checkpoint before products reach customers, ensuring safety, GMPs, and quality standards are met. Benefits include paid vacation/holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and onsite cafeteria.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 2+ years’ production industry experience preferred.
• Must understand and comply with company, plant, and safety rules/policies.
• Basic understanding of production and procedures.
• Ability to use knives, saws, and a variety of machinery.
• Ability to lift, load, cut and package product safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work area for pre- and post-operational activities.
• Load, unload, and transfer product to and from equipment.
• Monitor production lines, identify issues, supply packaging materials as necessary.
• Sort, weigh, wrap, label, verify or measure product to meet specifications.
• Inspect and remove defective products and packaging materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; operate pallet jack/forklift as needed.
• Modify and create program settings to meet production standards.
• Provide machine adjustments and troubleshooting when required.
