Job summary

ALL IN ONE Employment Services in Glendale, CA seeks an Accounting Specialist to perform monthly GL reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and support audits. You will collaborate with AP, AR, Finance, and Payroll to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of errors.

The ideal candidate holds an Accounting degree with 3–5 years of banking reconciliation experience, strong Excel and basic Access skills, and a proven ability to multi-task under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years related accounting experience preferred.
• 5 years direct bank reconciliation can substitute 4-year degree.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile monthly cash GL accounts.
• Resolve and verify bank and book errors incl. outstanding payments.
• Communicate with AP, AR, Finance, Payroll and Tax.
• Reorder copies of cleared checks and assist audits.
• Sort and file reconciliation documents and reports.
• Journalize monthly cash adjustments; other duties TBD.
