WesBanco Bank Inc. in Michigan seeks a Reconcilement Specialist to handle daily and monthly reconcilement of GL accounts, internal accounts, and related applications, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in accordance with bank policies.
The role requires researching discrepancies and communicating with management to clear outages. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, banking experience preferred, and strong skills in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn banking
The reconcilement area is responsible for the daily and monthly reconcilement of GL accounts, internal accounts, and all applications. This position is responsible for the daily reconcilement of bank records in accordance with established bank policies and procedures, alerting the Reconcilement Supervisor of any and all out-of-balance conditions, and taking the necessary action to ensure that outstanding outages are researched and corrected.

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
