Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing GL team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Provide oversight on complex accounting matters and ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and other functions to support initiatives and optimize processes.
• Build scalable processes to shorten close cycles and improve accuracy and auditability.
• Advocate for the use of financial systems, data, automation, and AI to improve controls.
