Job summary

Chalhoub Group invites applicants to join its luxury beauty retail program, focusing on fragrance with opportunities in makeup and skincare. You’ll learn through hands-on training and coaching while supporting customers and contributing to product launches and in-store operations.

Representing a luxury brand, you’ll maintain high grooming and communication standards, with flexible assignments across multiple brands and pop-ups. No fixed location or shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years’ experience in beauty, fragrance, or fashion retail.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in luxury beauty retail, mainly focusing on fragrance, with exposure to makeup and skincare.
• Support customers through excellent service, product recommendations, and basic selling techniques.
• Support sales targets, product launches, merchandising, stock replenishment, and store operations.
• Represent Givenchy with excellent grooming, communication, and luxury brand standards.
• Work flexibly across Faces, Mazaya, Samir William, and pop-ups, with no fixed location or shifts.
• Learn through on-ground training, coaching, and feedback.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Need To Succeed

• 0–2 years’ experience in beauty, fragrance, or fashion retail.
• Flexible with locations and shifts.
• Strong passion for fragrance and beauty retail.
• Good communication, confidence, and customer-service skills.
• Well‑groomed, polished, proactive, adaptable, and coachable.
