Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking an Area Manager with strong leadership to oversee retail teams across Cairo & Giza. The role requires experience managing 20+ frontline staff, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining brand standards in luxury retail.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English, advanced Excel/MS Office skills, and a flexible approach to working across multiple locations. Beauty, fashion, or luxury retail experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Area Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Store Manager, or Sales Manager.
• Proven experience managing 20+ frontline employees across multiple locations.
• Good English and strong communication skills.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills.
• Highly flexible with working hours and locations, able to be on the ground across Cairo & Giza.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail is a must.
• Strong sales, people management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive team sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Manage team schedules, shifts, days off, attendance, appearance, and performance.
• Conduct frequent store visits and provide hands-on field supervision.
• Handle staff issues, escalations, PDPs, promotions, and day-to-day team requirements.
• Coordinate with Store Managers to resolve staff or store-related issues.
• Prepare regular commercial reports covering sales performance, best sellers, slow movers, and recommended actions.
• Ensure brand standards and customer service standards are consistently maintained.
• Report directly to the Brand Manager on team performance and commercial updates.

What You'll Be Doing
