• PhD in Geography, GIS, or related field preferred; experience teaching GIS and Python.
• Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Teach introductory and graduate GIS/spatial data analysis courses, including graduate-level offerings.
• Align teaching with School of Geosciences strengths in GIScience, health, transportation, and geocomputation.
• Contribute to curriculum development and service activities within the GIScience program.
